I made an international transfer, via my bank, to Israel on 8 April 2022. Nearly two months later (!), the payment still has not been made to the rightful beneficiary, even though the money left my account immediately. Meanwhile, I have received the goods in good faith from Israel. I am in constant communication with my bank, and the sender (who can do nothing at their end), but there is no progress towards a resolution; the bank is blaming Convera for the delay in payment to the Israeli beneficiary. Why can't my bank work out where the blockage is, and why can't this embarrassing debt be processed?
