Payment Reference
I issued a payment reference on Thursday afternoon for my tuition fees and submitted the request to my bank within half an hour of issuing the reference. However, I only received an outstanding payment email since then. It is Monday now and the amount was debited from my account yesterday. However, I am yet to receive any confirmation email from Convera. My student account has not been updated either. Then there is also the issue of the reference number expiring within 3 days. What can I do about this?

Is there any way to contact to onboarding team?
Hi, Since a couple of weeks ago I was trying to integrate your payment solutions to my ecommerce product. I wrote and fill many contact forms and there is no way to get any answer from you.
I need to obtain the API keys, the sandbox and/ or the production account in order to start. Does anyone can help me?
