Introduction

The Real Time Call Backs API("RTCB") functionality available within the GP2.0 platform creates a configurable outbound status update API for all incoming transactions. This communicates the latest status changes of transactions from Convera initiated from either the GPFS/GPX application, or the Incoming Payments API. The definition of the outbound call from the GP2.0 platform is configurable as per a partner/client’s API specification.
The purpose of this section of the documentation is to define the service contracts for real time status update notifications, covering:

Data points available to be included in status update request.
Expected response data definition.
Security.
